Q: I don’t have cell service at some or all my sites, can I still use run a test?
A: Yes. Currently, the app does not work without internet/cellular service, but the tester device can be operated using the integral button and the results can be viewed by syncing to a mobile device once back in service.

Q: What are the best ways to care for the device?
A
: There are multiple things that can be done to promote device longevity.
Use Auto-Calibration. Daily calibrations will promote best working conditions.

      • When not in use, use common electronic device storage practices and within the specifications outlines in the product data sheet.
      • If possible, store device in protective case or in the product container.

Q: Do I need to clean the vials?
A: Thoroughly rinse the sample vial with the sample to be measured before running. If chlorine results seem to be low soak the vial and cap in 1% bleach solution for 5 minutes, then thoroughly rinse with water.

Q: How do I dispose of the waste vial discharge?
A: There is no special handling required. The waste can be disposed down the drain.

Q: How often do I have to charge the device? How long does a charge last?
A: Under constant use the device will last ~8 hours with a full charge. It Is recommended to charge the device nightly (assuming it was used all day).
